The bikes will be tailored on the trailer that Russ & Dad have spent a lot of time constructing. They did a GREAT job!! We plan to spend the week traveling around the Rocky Mountains. Sunday afternoon we’re going to Colorado Springs for the afternoon to visit friends that just moved there. Tom & Pat will be meeting us there Wednesday night & will go “biking” with us on Thursday. Friday, August 12 we’ll pack up & head to Sturgis, South Dakota for “Bike Week”. We couldn’t find a hotel in the area that would rent to us for just one night so we’ll be staying at the Iron Horse Campground. Mt. Rushmore isn’t too far from Sturgis so we’ll be going there too. We’ll head out of Sturgis late Saturday afternoon to head back home…..

West Branch HOG

We’re heading to West Branch on the bike today then on to the farm (weather permitting). There’s a HOG rally in West Branch & Rogor & Ed are at the farm. Hopefully we’ll have better return weather than the last time we went to the farm.

Dan is in Canada fishing with friends from church. He left Thursday and will return on Sunday. They went by way of the Soo & Dan said the drive into Canada will take them about 2 hours; one hour to go 60 miles & 1 hour to go 12 miles. They took tents & plan to sleep on the banks of the river. There are waterfalls on the river they’re fishing.
